Jointing system

The VS 600 jointing system cuts traditional interlocking joints with a router: dovetails both open and half-blind, finger joints, and precisely fitted dowel joints. It takes workpieces up to 650 mm wide, in an aluminium body with a steel contact bar. Templates change without tools and fold up out of the way so the next workpiece can go in, and a memory eccentric disc returns the clamping to the same position each time — which is what makes a run of drawers come out identical rather than nearly so.
