Accessories for plunge-cut saws

The accessories that make a plunge saw work properly. Splinter guards are the ones you actually need: a sacrificial strip on the saw or the rail that supports the fibres right at the blade, so the cut edge doesn't break out. Parallel fences handle repeat rips off an edge without setting up a rail. The plunge position indicator shows where the blade will enter and exit before you commit — worth having when cutting into a fitted surface. Chip bags cover work away from an extractor, and covers protect the blade housing in transit.
